Lay Summary:

We are looking for youth aged 12-17 who use social media to participate in our online study. The purpose of this study is to teach youth behavioural activation strategies to support healthy habits and see if these strategies are effective at improving mental health symptoms in youth. The results of this study may provide additional informative clinical management for outpatient youth experiencing mental health or emotional distress. We are offering a $50 gift card and school volunteer hours for your participation.
