This study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of multiple combination therapies that are selected using somatic alterations and potential predictive biomarkers identified via the ZERO and PROFYLE profiling platforms in children with high-risk malignancies. A Phase I dose finding/dose confirmation study will be performed where necessary in each arm that tests novel paediatric combinations or novel agents.
