My CHEO Story
With two of our three children having complex medical needs, my family considers ourselves to be frequent flyers at CHEO. Over the years, we have experienced countless trips to the emergency department, neurosurgery, orthopedics, urology and respirology. The Child Life Specialists are an integral part of our journey at CHEO and have provided fantastic support to all of us. My children have and continue to receive life-sustaining interventions on an annual basis at CHEO.
Why I'm involved
We are very fortunate to live in this community and it is my pleasure to give back through my involvement in the CHEO-RI Family Leader program.
