- Meetings are held the first Wednesday of every month from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm (Note: no REB Meeting is held in August.)
- Protocols must be submitted in Romeo (software program) by 12:00 pm. Investigators will receive an acknowledgement email when an application has been accepted by the REB.
- Dates have been modified to the second Wednesday to accommodate annual holidays.
